Project Manager (const) : The person or firm appointed by the Client responsible for the planning, co-ordination and controlling of a project from inception to completion, meeting the client's requirements and ensuring completion on time, within cost and to required quality standards.
Traditional Contracting (const) : Is the method of construction procurement in which independent professionals (i.e. architects, engineers, quantity surveyors) are employed by the client to complete the design work. The client then enters into separate contract with a contractor to execute the designed construction. The contractor is selected on some basis of competition.
