Biological Process (water) : A waste treatment process by which bacteria and other microorganisms break down complex organic materials into simple, nontoxic, more stable substances.
Step-Feed Aeration (water) : Stepfeed aeration is a modification of the conventional activated sludge process. In step aeration, primary effluent enters the aeration tank at several points along the length of the tank, rather than all of the primary effluent entering at the beginning or head of the tank and flowing through the entire tank in a plug flow mode.
ŞAHNİŞ (Şahnişin) : Eski Türk evlerinde odanın sokağa ya da avluya doğru bakan üç yanı pencereli çıkıntısı.
