Hallow Masonry Unit (const) : Masonry with net cross-sectional area in any plane parallel to the bearing surface less than 75% of its gross cross-sectional area measured in the same plane.
Management Contracting (const) : Is the method of carrying out a construction project whereby a contractor is appointed at the pre-construction stage and paid on a fee basis, to manage and deliver the project. The fee comprises a percentage for profit and fixed overheads. All construction work is carried out by the sub-contractors, selected and appointed in consultation with the client and his professional advisers.
