Design & Build (const) : Design & Build or Design & Construction is a form of construction procurement whereby the contractor who constructs the works, also undertakes all of, or a proportion of, the de-sign of the works under one contract.
Soil Pollution (water) : The leakage (exfiltration) of raw wastewater into the soil or ground area around a sewer pipe.
GEÇİCİ KABUL : Bir inşaatın -tamamen bitmemiş bile olsa- mal sahibi tarafından öngörülen amca uygun olarak kullanılmak istendiği düzeye ulaştığını, tasarımcı veya proje yöneticisi veya her ikisinin belgelediği tarih.
