Saddle (water) : A fitting mounted on a pipe for attaching a new connection. This device makes a tight seal against the main pipe by use of a clamp, adhesive, or gasket and prevents the service pipe from protruding into the main.
Mixed Liquor Volatile Suspended Solids (MLVSS) (water) : The organic or volatile suspended solids in the mixed liquor of an aeration tank. This volatile portion is used as a measure or indication of the microorganisms present.
KUBBE : Küre takkesi, yarım küre veya toparlakça kümbet biçimi verilen yapı örtüsü; bir kemerin , yayının tepe noktasından inen dikin çevresinde dönmesiyle meydana gelen örtü. Kubbeler kare, çokgen ya da dairesel planları örtmekte kullanılmıştır.
