Two-stage Tender (const) : With a two-stage tender three or four con-tractors with appropriate experience are first separately involved in detailed discussions with the client's professional advisers regarding all aspects of the project. Price competition is introduced in the second stage.
Mesophilic Bacteria (water) : Medium temperature bacteria. A group of bacteria that grow and thrive in a moderate temperature range between 68°F (20°C) and 113°F (45°C). The optimum temperature range for these bacteria in anaerobic digestion is 85°F (30°C) to 100°F (38°C).
