Effluent Limits (water) : Pollutant limitations developed by a POTW for industrial plants discharging to the POTW system. At a minimum, all industrial facilities are required to comply with federal prohibited discharge standards. The industries covered by federal categorical standards must also comply with the appropriate discharge limitations. The POTW may also establish local limits more stringent than or in addition to the federal standards for some or all of its industrial users.
Project (const) : Combination of activities of different specialized groups, directed at a nonrpetitive result with a clear beginning and end.
