Buttress (const) : A bonded masonry column built as an integral part of the wall and decreasing in thickness from bottom to top, although never thinner than the wall. It is used to provide lateral stability to the wall.
Cost control (const) : The process of controlling the cost of a project within a predetermined sum throughout its various stages from inception to completion.
DUVAR : Yapılarda taş, tuğla, briket, kerpiç ve benzeri gereçlerle yapılan düşey bölme öğesi. Ahşap ve benzeri gereçlerle yapılıp kolayca sökülebilenlerine bölme denilmektedir.
Soğuk cephe: Yapı içinde oluşan ve difüzyon yoluyla gelen su buharını dışarıya atmak üzere tabakaları arasında bir havalandırma boşluğu bırakılmış cephe türü.
