Contractor (const) : A person or organization which, as a party to a contract, is responsible for the organization, management, and execution of that construction comprised in the contract with the employer.
Hypolimnion (water) : The lowest layer in a thermally stratified lake or reservoir. This layer consists of colder, more dense water, has a constant temperature and no mixing occurs.
YÜKLENİCİ : İnşaat vb. işlerin sözleşme, plan ve şartnamelere uygun biçimde yapımı için sorumluluk alan ve bu amaçla işgücü, malzeme ve ekipman sağlayarak bunları yöneten (denetleyen) kişi veya örgüt.
