Impermeable (water) : Not easily penetrated. The property of a material or soil that does not allow, or allows only with great difficulty, the movement or passage of water.
Centrifugal Pump (water) : A pump consisting of an impeller fixed on a rotating shaft that is enclosed in a casing, and having an inlet and discharge connection. As the rotating impeller whirls the liquid around, centrifugal force builds up enough pressure to force the water through the discharge outlet.
LİMONLUK : Merdiven boşluğu tarafında,basamağın üst ve ön kısmında yapılan çıkıntıya limonluk denilir.Ayağın merdiven boşluğuna kaymaması ve merdivenin temizlenmesi sırasında su vb. nin yanlardan aşağıya dökülmemesi için yapılır.
Sakal: Asma tavan yapmak için yada başka bir erekle betonarme tavandan sarkıtılan ince demirlere verilen ad.
