Design & Build (const) : Design & Build or Design & Construction is a form of construction procurement whereby the contractor who constructs the works, also undertakes all of, or a proportion of, the de-sign of the works under one contract.
Septicity (water) : Septicity is the condition in which organic matter decomposes to form foulsmelling products associated with the absence of free oxygen. If severe, the wastewater produces hydrogen sulfide, turns black, gives off foul odors, contains little or no dissolved oxygen, and the wastewater has a high oxygen demand.
İSKAN SINIRI : İmar sınırı içerisinde yapı yapma izni verilen bölgeler ile izin verilmeyen bölgeleri ayıran sınır.
Hımış: Dikme ve payandalardan meydana gelen ahşap çatkı arasına kerpiç yada tuğla doldurularak yapılan yapı.Bu çeşit yapıların duvarları içten ve dıştan topraklı veya kireçli sıvayla sıvanır, üstleri ise düz dam yada çatıyla örülür.
