Management Contractor (const) : The management contractor is appointed by the client to work alongside the design and cost consultants, providing a construction management service on a number of professional bases. The management contractor does not undertake either design or direct construction work. The design requirements are met by letting each element of the construction to specialist sub-contractor.
Energy Design (const) : Work associated with energy systems within an overall social context, including supply systems and the development of alternative energy sources.
ATAŞMAN DEFTERİ : Plan ve projeleri bulunmayan işlerle ilgili defter. Defterde sözkonusu imalatlara ait tartı,ölçü tutanaklarının yanısıra kroki,bilgi ve hesaplamalar kaydedilir. Bu defter kontrolör tarafından imzalı biçimde üstleniciye (müteahhit) verilir.
