Lump Sum Contract (const) : With a lump sum contract, the contractor agrees to perform the work for one fixed price, regardless of the ultimate cost.
Bedding (const) : ΠA layer, usually of concrete or mortar, for providing continuous support to such items as bricks, slabs, pipes. The prepared base or bottom of a trench or excavation on which a pipe or other underground structure is supported.
DEĞİŞİKLİK TALİMATI : Sözleşmeye yapılan eklemeler, çıkarmalar veya değişiklikler ile sözleşme tarafları arası yazılı anlaşma veya talimatlar olup “sözleşme değişikliği” adı da verilmektedir.
