Tuberculation (water) : The development or formation of small mounds of corrosion products (rust) on the inside of iron pipe. These mounds (tubercles) increase the roughness of the inside of the pipe thus increasing resistance to water flow (decreases the C Factor).
Toxic (water) : A substance which is poisonous to a living organism.
